How to play Wormifi
Turn the head, gather treasure, grow your living pirate crew, and make a rival head cross your crew without steering your own head into theirs.
The four-step first run
- Steer: move the pointer on desktop, drag anywhere on touch, or choose a fixed left or right mobile helm before starting.
- Grow: guide your head through coins, keys, maps, shells, carved jewels, and treasure chests. Collected value adds size and extends your crew.
- Sprint: hold the sprint control for extra speed. Sprinting burns size, so release it before your advantage becomes a cost.
- Survive collisions: your head is the vulnerable point. A rival head that strikes your crew is cut; your head striking a rival crew cuts you.
Desktop controls
Point where the head should turn. Hold the sprint input shown in the arena when you need a short burst. Wider, planned turns are safer than reacting at the last moment.
Mobile controls
Choose drag-anywhere, left helm, or right helm on the start screen. The fixed helm keeps steering under one thumb and mirrors sprint to the free hand.
What the safety halo means
The dotted head-safe halo is temporary spawn protection for the head. It does not make the visible crew harmless. Rival collisions with that crew still use the normal collision rule.
